Brand New Halo Too - Stripped Screw

got a brand new halo too... can't open the battery door because the screw stripped entirely with one turn. anything I can do to try and fix it before RMA'ing?

You can try to open the body up and seeing if you can slide the door off with the screw. That would really but the best way but it will be hard to do.

Just tried that and 2 of the body screws began to strip as well

I've done my research and know that this hopper has great internals but nobody said anything about cheap hardware. These screws are just ridiculously soft. Should I RMA it and try a new one or just get the Fasta instead? I guess what I'm asking is, did I get a dud or are they all like this?

I've never had that issue, I think you were just SOL and got a bad batch. Send customer service an email and I'm sure they'll help you out.

I have had two Halo Too's and never had this issue and took mine apart for cleaning regularly. Contact customer service, they should help you
