that appears to be an 03-04 prostock. fairly simple to replace. buy a post 2k pump kit Located here and put it in place off the front block and pneumatics. simply unscrew the big screw that holds the front block on, take of the pneus and screw the pump kit in its place. i usually wrap a layer of teflon tape around the guide rod threads before screwing it in. to pull the trigger rod out there should be a set screw just behind the 3way, you can unthread it and pull the rod out. to replace the guide rod (rod from pneus to back block) just unscrew the back block adn screw the back block onto the pump rod that comes with the pump kit.

What he said.
With the proper kit, swapping back & forth between pump & semi is a simple procedure, just a matter of minutes.

Barrel wise, Different budgets really warrant different Barrels. For a top of the line one, I'd probably suggest going with a DeadlyWind and a freak kit. I didn't have the funds to go with a full kit, so I went with a Pump Pb Tightstick. I love it, and I'm pretty sure they're still selling the matte ones (not quite sure)

Believe it or not, we have the same resources here, in the Pump Paintball forum. Check the FAQ in that forum!

For the barrel, definitely get a barrel kit with different bore sizes. I have a 14" Freak Kit and I like it a lot. Autocockers are closed bolt so if your bore size is too big, every time you cock it your paintball will just roll out of the barrel.
