I am new to paintball and my slg 08 decided to stop firing. I bought it used and was working for a while. I upgraded thre board and trigger and ever since then i have been having problems. It seems to me that it has something to do with the air not getting to the gun. Before i start i do not have a chronograph . When i put the tank on it wont even dry fire on every trigger pull, it may be the regulator since i turned the screw to take it off . Anyway is there any suggetions on what to do. when there is no air attached it dry fires.

Have you tried putting the stock board back in the gun to see if that fixes it? if it does, then the upgraded board (idk which one you have) is your problem.

yeah i did try that. I noticed to that the solinoid wont fire everytime, when upside down or tilted it wont dry fire. wtf? lol this gun is a hassle junk. Do you have any other suggetions since ive tried the old board? My new board is the Virtue

Send it to dye, with the stock board. they need to repair it. my friend had one like that, sent it to dye and they sent him a new gun lol.

will they still take it backl after being so long ago?

yeah, they know its not the best quality gun so they still honor warranties.

Just call them first talk to them, see what they tell you to do.

The good aspect of buying low end markers from high end companies is that they will almost always do free repairs on their mistakes. They want a name for quality in everything they do. DYE tends to deserve that name honestly, even as someone who isn't a huge matrix platform lover.
