Storing paintballs
What is the correct way of storing paint? I went paint balling and had 2 hoppers of paint left over but I didn't think they were still good to use so I threw them away. I kept them in the pods and just sitting on a shelf in my room.

Should be fine to keep them in pods, or better yet in their original bags and zip tied up. Just keep them in a cool (room temp), dry location and they should do fine. I had some paint that we left in the bags for almost 3 years, took it out and was fine.

Ok because some people said if you kept them in the pods they will change shape. Also could I keep them in like a ziplock bag because normally I won't have a bag that's closed because I share a case with my brother and use about all my paint give or take.

Don't pack them tight in pods when storing and give them a gentle shake every few days or so. This will stop them from developing flat spots or getting misshapen.

Generally if I have paint left over in pods, I will empty some out so the pods are about 3/4 full. Then every few days I will grab an empty pod and pour the paint from one pod into the other and back.
If I have a bag or case of paint, I will rotate each bag in my hand, again every few days to help avoid dimpling, etc.

I have 3 bags of heat left from a case from less than a week ago and I just noticed moisture on the inside of the bags. Never seen that before. X.x. 1500 paintballs mis-shapen already..
