bigger fill at home

I was wondering if there is a way that i can get a bigger fill at home with out renting 3 big tanks lol. i have a luxfer and it gets me about 1500... now can i get a bigger tank and add it to the fill so when i use my first tank i can close the valve and open the next and get more air? thats the way i did it when i worked at the shop years ago.. it the a better way/ less expensive?

more tanks will not give you more psi. You need a booster or a tank that can hold higher psi. Not more volume....more pressure.

Yep you need a booster. The shoebox compressor would be the cheapest way to do it AND it could fill those scubas.

Yes. But even longer like 8hrs.

If you want a quick fill expect to invest at least $2000 for a used system and more like $6500 for a new one that can fill 4500psi.

You could run a scuba system in cascade. That's going to take quite a bit of money to set up as well but not as much as a compressor system. Then again unless you have a shop/field or a dive shop near you to fill your scuba tanks it's not really worth doing.

Yes but leave it on overnight to fill a scuba for fast fills.
