Fastest recharge rate on a preset reg

10-15 y7ears ago Crossfire claimed they had the fastest recharge rate of all the pre-set HPA systems. I know Ninja is really popular these days but who actually has the fastest recharging pre-set reg on the market these days ?

This is a loaded question...

Company A and B can both claim to have the fastest recharge but until someone pays a third party testing company to have them test and document the findings, I dont think you're ever really going to know. It hasn't been done since HPA was first introduced and I dont think anyone is going to fork over the money to have it done.

However, we have never run into a situation with our regs having a problem recharging fast enough. Here's an example:

Mech marker below shooting 26+bps. If our reg is able to provide enough flow and recharges fast enough to make an rt mag shoot 26bps, I dont think you'll have much issue using our regs on any other marker out there.

I've always liked that video for the info about the SHP reg but hate that he isn't really trying to get the trigger going on the regular preset reg.

Recharge rates are a bit of a thing of the past to be honest. With the way markers have been updated in terms of engineering the air paths and the way they use air, coupled with the regulator technology, having the fastest recharge rate is a very moot point. You generally don't see those issues with poor recharge unless something is malfunctioning these days or something is not tuned properly.
Macdev actually beat Crossfire by 2ms in the old data charts that were once posted. Honestly, it's nothing to really worry about if you are looking at Ninja or Crossfire still.

Its not a matter of trying to "get the trigger going" on a mag with RT. Its more of a matter of finding that sweet spot so the trigger takes off on its own...for the most part. Gotta love RTs

I did buy the Crossfire Stealth, as it was a little shorter in size and about 10.00 cheaper then the Basic Ninja 4500 reg. I owned a Ninja adj 4500 and was happy with the performance, but I like the short stature of the Crossfire better.

@Rob yeah, I had an old Minimag with a Retro valve, but my old PMI PE tank couldn't keep up with it when you did find the sweet spot, 3 shots then huge drop off, lol.
