rebuilding pimp, running into problems

I'm rebuilding a friends pimp he picked up for cheap that had been stored for a long time. We've replaced all O-rings except in the det, new hoses off the noid, and cleaned all the internals. The issue is once we put air on it It starts leaking out near the noid (as far as I can tell, leaks air out the frame just behind the trigger) even with the det turned all the way down, and I also can't get the lpr to adjust below 170-200 psi. I know it vents at 170, however turning the adjustment either way (especially when turning it counter clockwise to decrease) does not change the psi. Sorry if this is posted somewhere already, couldn't find it. If nothing else he'll sell this as a parts gun.

Did some looking, the reg seat is trashed.

Anyone with pimp expertise give me some feedback on what my next step should be.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure that's the place my friend called and the owner was going to check on what parts he had available.
