Pm8 not balanced
So for a long time I have dealt with this, actually, just lived with it, but its kind of annoying....
I run a rotor on my pm8, and a 68/45 and the gun is seriously back weighted.
Would a drop forward fix this, or would using a smaller tank be better? Say a 45/45?

A titty tank would help but u also wont get but maybe 4-5pods plus a hopper, i would go for a 50/45 stubby if it bothers you that much. A drop forward is also an option

I used a drop forward on the PM8 that I had. It seemed to help the balance issue with the 68/45 tank.

This is why I prefer my DM6 over the PM/DM9+
They shorted the bolt and moved the feedneck (and weight of the loader) rearward in relation to the frame. DM6 is heavier, but actually feels a lot more comfortable and natural to me.
You can use a smaller tank or mini drop to try to correct the problem, both have their disadvantages though.
