So I was doing some reg maintenance and I took out the existing 007 o ring cuz it looked jacked up... Now I can't get a new one in there.

Anyone have any ideas?

Build a tool that fits over the piston stem to guide the o-ring in to place. Or just try to press it in with a dowel rod.

Used a flathead screwdriver in the end... Dowel rod, good idea. Another item to add to my paintball toolbox.

You just have to be careful with a screwdriver or hex key, those urethane o-rings are easy to deform or cut with sharp metal edges.
