My friend just recently purchased a 2011 Proto Rail PMR. We are going to play next weekend and he wants to splurge on a box of nice paint. Is there anything he won't be able shoot? We are trying to set up a semi-regular play routine and I don't want him to have a hard time. I think he's looking at RPS Ulta Evil.
Shouldn't have any trouble with Ultra Evil. I run it through my reflex all the time, and it has the same bolt as your friends Rail.
Also my brother in law fires it through his 09 PMR without difficulty, so... You guys should be good to go.
if it is cold or you do break paint you can compensate by raising the dwell a couple clicks and lowering the hpr. you should still be able to chrono. cycle speed will slow down but it will be gentler on paint.
