What pressure to use for a Pneumag

I purchased a Mag with X-Valve and also a pneumag frame to put on. I know for a standard mag HP is good and SHP reg is great but didn't know if I should stick with just HP when I put the frame on or if SHP will be too much for the lpr in the frame.
