It appears USPS misplaced my back for a few days. Was due on the 10th but it's looking like you should have it today.

Just got my BL 2-piece barrels back on Friday and i got to say, they shot just as good as they look! Nerve2030 did an awesome job. There might be some more barrels on the way :-)

I believe he said on the the first or second page that he does not do TI backs due to the hardness of the material ruining tooling as well as the cost of replacing a TI back if he messes it up does not make it worth it.

Yes, I know. I was just saying I'd almost let him try mine and if he ****s up I wouldn't care

After seeing your post I started looking at what kind if tooling I would need to buy. I would need at least 3 custom solid carbide reamers. The cost should be around 300 - 400. Then I looked up what kinds of feeds and speeds I would need to run and it looks like about half of what I run stainless at. Knowing all of that I was able to work out a theoretical price of 150 each to make it worth all the effort. That assumes that i can even source the custom reamer (the price above is an estimate baised on other reamers in that range)

No, I have heard that if you contact eclipse you can buy a single back off of them. I would have to do the same thing, I can do that for you but I would charge you a couple extra bucks for my time to do so. My suggestion is shoot them an email asking about it and if you can get one save yourself some shipping costs and have them ship it right to me. Then When its done I'll ship it to you.

Alright i can handle that, I assume the largest bore i can get would be the easiest on your tooling correct? it might be a couple weeks at the moment

@ gator
It does not really matter from a wear point but the larger the original bore the more options you will have for inserts.
Just to remind everyone, when I bore out a barrel I suggest that you don't use inserts larger than the original bore.

Posting for feedback.
Testimonial: Great quality, fast return, awesome communication, legit guy, great service..... Look MA this is what a college education pays for lots of adjectives.
Seriously, this is a professional service with fantastic possibilities. I had 2 barrels bored a Dye UltraLite and a Planet Eclipse Shaft 4, and I would recommend this service and Nerve2030 to anyone.
So fast the new insert set I bought isn't even here yet!

My shaft 4 is coming to you now. Just wondering, why do you recommend us not use inserts larger than the original bore?
