T2 General Maintenance Advice

Hey all, I am acquiring a T2 soon and I had one question:

Can anyone point me in the right direction of good guides for maintaining a T2, or have any general suggestions for part kits/lube I may need?

I have done some research and read a few manuals but I thought it would be good to ask.

light oil on the hammer, thats about it

keep the lowertube clean

if your velocity starts to drop (like 240's) pull the hammer, clean it off, reinstall

if your velocity is crazy low, or has dropoff when you AT, clean the reg, reset it to ~325psi and 2-3 turns from flush on the IVG

keep the lowertube clean and she'll treat ya great!

If you oil your hammer, you're actually more likely to get dust to stick to it, causing the velocity fluctuations mentioned. The tolerances of CCM guns are good enough to avoid using lube in the lower tube.

Just watch for dirt falling into the slot under the bolt. keep it clean and it will work great, as far as parts kits the only thing you will really need a few orings.

I suggest watching these videos, Socrates Jones. He explains basically all you need to know.. heres his channel: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCS5j30Ir6wwvM-u6Q7QL7Kg

I'd be surprised if you ever had to replace more than a lost screw.

I also run my internals dry. I don't think I ever had to replace and oring since it came out. The only thing I use is tri-flow dry lubricant on the guide rods as it doesn't attract dirt. Good luck!

just use it until it stops working. Worked for me for 2 year. I just whipped down the outside and never had any problems. (I also have never used a slot blocker)
