Freak Insert weight?

Does anyone have the official approximate weight of an aluminum freak insert? I've tried to look for it but I can't find them listed anywhere. Thanks

Let me put it this way; If you're concerned about how much weight a freak insert is adding to your setup, you should start going to the gym or something.

I will say that the SS inserts are significantly heavier than the aluminum kit. Especially if you have a deadlywind barrel...

An aluminum 0.689" Freak insert weighs around 13 grams.
Haven't weighed a SS one, but you can tell there is a difference holding each one in your hand.
