Attack Pack too small for "little" brother.

I got a Dye Attack Pack for my younger brother. He's around 220, 6'1 & about a 38 in pants size & it didn't fit him. So, what other alternatives do I have for that? Is there any way I could just buy a bigger velcro harness to fit him?

The last resort would be to buy a new pack altogether. But, if it was necessary, what pack do you guys recommend for someone of his size? Thanks in advance, PBN.

They actually make a belt extender. Its essentially a velcron pad if you will that the straps to the harness attatch too as opposed to themselves. I would look into that and save you some money
