We want to go to PSP chicago this year. Do you think its a good investment to play there? We have no APPA rank, but we haven't played in any APPA tournaments. Are we ready for a PSP or should we wait?
Also tips for playing in PSP tournaments will be greatly appreciated!

How can you have advanced to D4, if you have never played any APPA tournaments?
Anyways, play in a few regional APPA tournaments before you jump into PSP Chicago, which is in late June, so that gives you plenty of times to get some regional tourneys in. Come PSP time, depending on your funds and who is committed, then you can decide whether it is worth playing in or not. Also, depends on what division you decide to play in as well. There is more than one D4 division for PSP. Advice for playing in these tournaments: If you're going to play Race-to-4, have a good pit crew. Secondly, just the main skill sets for speedball: communication, shooting with both hands, laning, sliding, running, etc. Just on a much higher level of competition. Good luck man, PSP is a lot of fun
