Q: How does the process work?
A: It's actually simple. I only require half payment to order the supplies and lock you in on a slot (non refundable). The other half is due before i ship out your gun/hopper...etc.. I can send step by step proces as your gun/hopper...etc. go through the process or you can be surprised. Ive only had 2 customers that wanted to be surprised ever.
Q: Do I send you the gun/loader disassembled?
A: I highly encourage you to send me your items fully assembled and test it before you send it to me. I make a video documentary of your item as soon as it arrives to my house. The video documentary will include me opening your sealed box. I do a function check of everything to make sure everything works. If I find something is wrong with your item, I will notify you immedietley and will upload the video on youtube so you can view it. I am not responsible for any broken parts before I disassemble your gun.
NOTE: Any parts I break after the initial function check, I will pay for by replacing them. It may cause a delay because of the parts I have order, but you will be notified ASAP. I've done this a hand full of times.
Q: How long does the process take?
A: The process takes about 3 to 4 weeks due to the curing processs. I try to knock it out early. If I finish early, I will give you a heads up on when to actually be able to take it out to play. The recommended curing time for Duracoat is 6 weeks.
Q: How do I pay?

Q: Do you sand/sand blast the gun?
A: No, I dip all the parts in solution to get rid of all the dirt and greese.
Q: Will it damage the original Anno?
A: No it will not.
Q: Can the duracoat be removed?
A: Yes. It can be removed by using industrial strength paint remover that you can purchase through your local hardware store (ie. Home Depot or Lowes)
Note: DO NOT put paint remover on your plastic parts (ie. loaders, composite plastic frames for Ethas, Ions, Eteks...etc.) or it will damage it.
Q: Does the inside on the gun/barrel get duracoated?
A: No. Only the exterior parts will be duracoated. For loaders, some over spray MAY go inside the shell, but it will not affect the performance of your loader.
Q: Do you test everything out before you ship out?
A: Yes. I do a function check of everything and document it on video. I will upload to youtube and send it to the customer. The customer will see that everything works before I shipo it out.

My duracoat customers are very important to me, so I've decided to add this new policy to ensure I can properly take care of them. If your gun/hopper gets damaged (one example, you drop your gun on concrete which some of us have done before including me) I can fix it for you, FREE of charge (FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN YOUR GUN...ORIGINAL OWNER). All you have to do is pay for return shipping back to you.
Note:
1. I will only restore your gun to the original duracoat job. I am not going to do a new design.
2. I can refuse service for any abused items...If I determine that it's been abused.
3. I am in the military, so the only time I may not be able to fix your issue is if I am deployed. If that is the case, I will fix your issue as soon as I return.
Please do not post any "Hate Posts" on public forums bashing me or my service becuse I am entitled to refuse my services. Contact me first and I am certain we can work things out.
The best advertisement is word of mouth. If you refer a friend and they sign up (paid for the service), I will send you $5 through paypal or give you a $10 credit toward your next duracoat job if a whole marker gets duracoate or a maker and loader combo. $2.50 cash or $5 credit toward your next durcaot job for a loader duracoat service.
NOTE: One customer may only give credit to one individual for the referral. One person can refer multiple people and get multiple credits as long as the referred customer signs up for service.
