We had to go back to the ER on Sat. This time they gave her a small dose of Xanax to try for the next two weeks. She was reluctant at first, but has taken them the past two days so we shall see.

Xanax has worked for me. I know a lot are against it. I don't abuse it but with my anxiety it's crazy. I start to grit my teeth and have panic attacks and get sick

It will def relax you calm ya down. But then when you get used to it then it helps. All depends on what dosage the dr starts her on
