Problems with your Omen or Evil product? Read this.
If you're having problems with any Evil product, you are more than welcome to ask your friends here for advice. However, if you want Evil to take care of you, then you have to call Evil. Don't PM people here or email and expect the same fast service you'll get from a simple phone call. Call our free tech support line at 1-800-579-1633 and we'll take care of your problems.
Never send in your marker without talking to one of our technicians and obtaining a RA Repair number first. If you send in your marker without that repair number clearly marked on the outside, it might be weeks before we even open it and there will be no way of tracking its progress.
