HPA questions

1.What would be a good lower coat hpa tank for a starter.
2.How many shots can you get out of 3000psi tank.
3.How much does it usually cost to fill a hpa tank.

Most fields admission price includes air.

1. You can get a 48/3000 steelie tank for pretty cheap. They are pretty heavy though, and don't hold a lot of air. If you have the money, I'd just go ahead and get a carbon fiber tank.
2. It depends on the cubic inches of the tank and how efficient your marker is. I used to be able to get a hopper and 2-3 pods out of my 48/3000 on my Rail.
3. Most fields that I've played at charge $1 per 1000 psi or all day air for $10-$15

48cu/3000psi aluminum bottles are the most common low cost HPA tank out there. They are normally $50 retail brand new.

A good rough shot formula is take the "cu" of the bottle and times that by 10. That will give you a rough estimate. Example - 48cu/3000psi will give roughly 480 shots (roughly) - 48cu x 10 = 480

This varies from field to field and store to store. Generally $1 per 1,000psi, $5 for all day air, or sometimes its included in the price of admission as stated by Kbug
