Virtue Spire issue
I have a virtue spire. Changed the batteries and then changed them again.
The loader doesn't seem to keep up with feeding. I've changed the sensitivity setting in it, to the max and still nothing.
Its an Empire Mini and i'm wondering if its just too quiet aka too easy for kicks?
Thoughts?
I've also raised the Orange setting on it for more Drive Cone tension.

to tell you the truth the spire is a slow hopper, i had it but it wouldnt keep up with 12.5 off the break and in some other situations, so i sold it and now i use my 4 year old rotor.
edit: settings wont change the speed of the spire its only set to one speed which is stock

What the hell are you talking about?
It kept up just fine at 23 balls per second without a hiccup until I got down to the last 5 or 6 balls.
OP, have you tried just setting the sensitivity to 5? I know with my Mini it worked best at 5 sensitivity and 2 ball stack sensing.

False, the Spire is activate by the jerk motion the gun makes when the gun shoots. Just like the SEED kit for the rotor did.

Though the Spire wasn't built for speed, it is actually the fastest hi end hopper available. The way the feed system works is that every time you shoot the Spire Drive Spins.
I know you said you changed the batteries a few times. It shouldn't matter, but please make sure you are using good batteries like Energizer or Duracell.
If its not keeping up, then the setting you would want to adjust would be the sensitivity setting (RED). Try putting that up to 5. Adjusting the Drive Force setting (Yellow) wouldn't effect this.
If you are still having trouble, please give us a call at 631-617-5346

The spire is actually sound AND vibration activated, you can toggle the motion sensor on or off.

Yes, we provided some graphs in the past that show this. But if you ever want to test this, the way to do so is to set a gun to uncapped full auto, and then test the rate of fire with the Spire, Rotor etc. You can use a Clock Chronograph or any other device that tests rate of fire.
To answer the other questions in this thread, the Spire is not sound activated. It only detects the "G-Force" of the gun.

that sound option all you children talk about is the beep that it makes when you turn it on. If you turn it to off, it doesn't beep imagine that.

Try the settings that I said in my first post, which is the third in the thread.
