Headphones, ~$100, Office Space Friendly

I am looking for a set of head phones up to ~$100. They need to sound good, have a nice long cord (if corded), be comfortable, and not my super bulky and silly looking in an office environment.

I tend shy away from ear buds because the dont stay in my ears well. Even the sport style ones that have a arm that goes over the ear keeps them around my ear, but not in my ear.

I've poked around Newegg a little, but nothing caught my attention. So I turn to the collective experience, please help shed some suggestions.

Do you need sound isolation?

If no, Grado SR80. If yes, Sennheiser HD280

Sound isolation isn't needed, as I like to still be aware of my surroundings. The Grado SR80 seems like a pretty solid option, thanks!
