Clone V2 question

Hey guys, so I am getting a Clone V2 soon and was wondering what are the best settings for it. Well to start off, I am running a Ninja Pro tank with no shims (only silver) to run LP (400-500 psi) since I use it on my Angel. Will that work well with the V2?

What is the best board to upgrade to?
(I know you can send the board to Tadao for the Yakuza board software $35)

What type of barrel makes it shoot more effectively/accurate?

What trigger is recommended?
(More of a preference)

The tank set to LP will work fine, SLP/LP both work very well.

The stock board is fine, really no need to upgrade. You can flash to the latest software version (2.0) here if it's currently at 1.0. http://store.macdev.net/Articles.asp?ID=246 The factory settings are fine and don't typically need to be changed.

The factory Shift barrel works great. There are plenty of barrels that work really well and you'll get plenty of different opinions on something like that. You can get the insert kit here that works in conjunction with the Shift barrel. http://www.aggressivesports.net/inde...&product_id=80

I'd say the most popular aftermarket trigger for the Clone would be the VP trigger. I have never heard anybody say they don't like it.

Other than that I would just recommend picking up some of the newest Militia Lube http://www.aggressivesports.net/inde...tegory&path=73 and you should get an o-ring kit as well.

Mark S. answered everything perfectly.

I would add that the tadao code isn't really necessary and that since you have a v2, you likely have type-a screen and the $30 would be better saved for a type-b screen.

The type B screen is just the newest version of the screen. If you look at the link I put for updating the code there are instructions on how to get the type A screen to work with the 2.0 code. I've done it before and it works fine without an issue.

Mark already answered, but the type b is more robust (and less prone to failure) and either type can work with new code. Oddly enough, tadao code has a special process to make it work with the type b screen.

Seriously though... the stock board has a usb port. How much better could you possibly want?
