Not only can you be too old, you can be not old enough. I shoot 18-26 y.o. snitches that play after they are shot.

Ah yea, if you mean "that" guy with the cool toys since he finally has a real income. I played for a few years then went to school and sold off my stuff. 10 years later, i'm 28 now and back in it. It's really nice to be able to go out and buy stuff and not have to worry about how much paint you can afford or when you can play next.

My father was just shy of his 80th birthday when he played his last game of paintball. He still wants to "get out and go play" but he is no longer physically able to.

rather be "that" guy on the field than "that" guy on the forum.
As long as you can hold a marker you will never be too old to play. I've seen someone play in a wheelchair, someone play with one arm, and someone play with no arms. Anyone can play and that is what's great about this sport.

Clearly an idiot.
Half the people I play with are over thirty.
Some of the best players that I play with are over fourty, even over fifty.
"That guy on the field" who is 45 is that strategic player who kicks your butt any & everyday.
Again. No age limit.
I want to get my 62 year old dad into it if his knees would allow him to run.
As long as you can run you can play!

I'll bite...
If thats you in your avatar, if you're under 25, I feel bad for you. You already look like "that" guy.
Some of us had goals in life other than playing paintball until 25. You know, we went to school, got degrees, got jobs making an income you only dream of.
On the other side, I'm 29 and I guess I'm "that" guy. "That" guy that has a "real" job that not only provides for a wife thats a stay at home mom with a shopping habit,a kid that has more toys than babies r us, 3 new cars, a house, and whatever the hell he wants to buy. Ya, I'm proud to be "that" guy.
Oh, and no age is too old for anything. If you have the drive and will to do it, you can. Perfect example, people don't think "adults" should be in college. Well, more and more "adults" are enrolling than ever. They will graduate and become what your parents only hoped you would dirty jim...

That is fantastic.
I hope i'm still on the field decades from now. Started when i was 22, now i'm 32 (i think i'm 32), overweight w/ bad knees, and i'm still hobbling my way around bunkers.

Until you can't physically can't, or don't want to play any more.
I'm just about to hit 30, and I've come back into the sport after about 5-6 years absence. Until I can't, I'll be playing paintball, I think. Can't beat the thrill of it.

That's the thing. Most of the kids today are in worse shape then I am so it isn't that big of a deal.

I'm 54, and I've played on and off for 20 years or so. At my last scenario I was leaving the respawn and passed a kid who was hanging back and telling his buddy : " hey, I led the last mission, I'm not leading this time... He'll, I'm 25...."
I think he heard me snort from behind my mask....
