So I have it all taken apart (I can see why people say get the BOB kit now!!). I have my bolt I want to replace the o ring on it. How do I get the old one off?

Just replaced the o rings on the bolt. Wasn't that. Going to read more and figure it out. Thanks for the resource!!

check to see if the bolt itself is leaking

ended up being the problem with mine

Check the orings on the bolt. If they look worn out, cracked, anything other than pristine, replace them and lube them up with Dow 33.

If that's not the issue, then (if I remember correctly) it would be the orings inside the breach.

Also, you can use oring picks to remove them much quicker and more easily. Anything small that can get under it is good enough.
