Oh Strikeback is pretty decent. Cinemax show about the SAS/MI6, fairly decent weapons handling portrayal and small unit tactics. Decent time killer show. Plus skinemax tits errywhere.

Strike Back is my favorite show hands down. I like Person of Interest too.

staff duty tomorrow. 2nd time this week! WOOOOOOO!!!!!

And im about to bomb the hospital one base. CPT who saw me for my back and knees said I needed to loose weight, do low impact exercises for pt like swimming (though do battle drills and literally everything else is fine), and he was going to put in a referral for physical therapy since his 10 years at medical school im sure he went to didnt find anything wrong with my knees. And for referance, if your knee makes a tearing sound everytime you bend it thats perfectly fine.
Later got a call from some lady asking if I was doing things on my profile, I end up hanging up on her because I found out the cpt didnt put me in for pt and she kept refrencing that I need to loose weight. Truth be told I could stand to loose a few pounds but fat I am not. She ends up calling my 1 sgt and sort of a shirt storm occurs through phone calls ending with the cpt telling me the physical therapy he meant was doing low impact exercises, making me look like a retard to my leadership. Strange though, because I def remember him mentioning a referal and how pt was located on like the 3rd floor of the hospital and to call a number if I didnt hear back from them in a week.
