"This aircraft is owned by Christian Esquino and Starwood Management. It is one of 30 aircraft currently operating illegally as charter aircraft owned by a non U.S. citizen who uses a U.S. based LLC or corporation to disguise the ownership. If you Google Esquino you will find he is currently under investigation in Mexico and other jurisdictions for his involvement with trying to fly Qaadafi's son out of Libya. He was deported from the US after his release from prison in 2007. His brother was according to Mexico City newspapers the main supplier of aircraft to the Juarez cartel. This poor woman had the misfortune of getting on one of his planes which never gets proper maintenance or has fully qualified pilots. This is just another example of gypsys in our industry who flout the rules to make money and put everyone at risk."
