^^Oh, you need to play with a 'Mag too. I have to say my Lvl 10'd RT ULE was the finest mechanical marker I've ever shot, from a quality standpoint. Feather light trigger pull, and pneumatic anti-chop; you can't go wrong there. That said, it was no more fun to play with than my Cockers, just different.

Because the cocker is the essence of paintball. One of the first largely produced markers and certainly one of the most copied. It's not just a name or a thing it's turned into an icon. Hell, in NJ where I am from Bud Orr and the original field owner of Top Gun Paintball fought (and won) the state to allow paintball to stay a sport. We, as paintballers all owe the autococker and Bud respect and a friendly tip of the hat.
Not only that but Bud is the nicest guy in the world.

I enjoy the feel and capabilities of a cocker. It's almost like, with a slight adjustment of a three way, you can make it sound like a luxe or rip like an ego. Sometimes it's just cool to see the mechanics of it all,
I had a oracle that was so quite the loudest thing was hearing the hammer catch.

More seriously, I've had my Cocker since 2005. Same configuration, very little has changed with it. I know the gun, what it will do, what it won't do, its quirks and strengths, the feel when it's all going right... or wrong. I'm comfortable with it, and it does everything I want a mechanical gun to do.

well said i have one from 2000 still

I love mine cause its classic.. I think AutoCockers are the old school chevy's cobras and muscle cars out there everytime u see one.. especially one in good condition you cant help but gasp at how nice they are and how they can still keep up with the complicated guns of today. AUTOCOCKER ALL THE WAY!

This was the first paintball magazine I ever bought:
I think the pages came unglued from the binding before I threw it away... oh the memories.
