Ok Tapper i know you have been questioned a lot lately but i just wanted to make sure that when you said this is not an Appa event that if a D4 player plays open they can not rank up?

I believe that it is an "APPA event" as in you have to use APPA to register and stuff.. The only "Open" division is the pump division. The rest of the divisions should get the points from the division that they play in... When he said its not a "series point" tournament I believe that was to say you are not competing for the MSXL series prize.. Just the indoor prize.. All other APPA points would apply... That's just an assumption tho..

Incorrect. It's an APPA sanctioned event so player points will count.

There is no D5. Only D4,3 and Pump. Play D4, won't hurt your rank too much unless you place.

My team is planning on playing tpa d5 this year but we might be interested in doing this indoor tourny... if we somehow do place while playing d4 here will that force us to move up to d4 in the APPA ranking system?
