Eigen bolt and NDZ low pressure firing can

I have an NDZ firing can low pressure on my sft Tonton shocker.
Is it better to use that with eigen bolt or the stock SFT firing can?

Comparing volume would be super cool. It would be neat to compare the weight each can. The percentage difference of metal would interesting to note.
