I'm around your height and weight and I wear size L Dye core elbow pads. Size S is for young gunz and M was too tight for me, but just head over to your local pro shop to be sure. It never hurts to test them out before you buy on pbnation or elsewhere!

i'm a little smaller than you and if you wash a small it will definitely be too tight. go with the medium.

I'd go medium. Small is for little kids. You are only going to grow.
