ive done everything the dwell reg pressure back cap and its all over the chrono the only time i can get fps to 270 is when i put the pressure too 190 if i drop it to 160 it shoots 207-225 short spring installed. any idea why its all over the place and wont shoot right?

Get an underbore going on... also you need to brek the spring in alittle

I have the same issue, all I need to do is underbore and that will fix the problem? Dwell at 3, 1.5 turns out, short spring, running pressure at 190 to get any decent fps. If I run pressure at 140 I am seeing low 200's

Yes under boring will make a huge difference.

I have notice also that the 1.5 turns out on the back cap is not ideal for all guns,it is a stating point though. some guns on my team are running between 1 to 1.25 turns out. all of them experiencing the same problem wich is kinda of inconnsistent and shoot down while putting a stream at 1.5 turns out. all 6 guns are using the infamous bolt + bolt guide.

I wish people would search. I have posted in about 10 consistency threads and all of which have came down to underboring.
