yea pretty much everything toledo south is pretty bad. dayton itself does not really get hit but the surrounding areas occasionally get hammered. my dad drove through Xenia right after a whole bunch of them tore through there in 1974 and he said there was literally nothing left

This. People have a huge misconception about HGH like its some sort of steroid on steroids. HGH alone will get you really lean, other then that if its not stacked, its just a really really expensive fat burner.

Oh I know, I was saying more in a general muscle building sense. People have this misconception that it alone will get them ridic hooo0000ge bro. The NFL was considering taking it off the banned substance list because it sends the players the message that "if its banned, it must be worth using" when in all reality it doesnt do a whole lot without the aid of steroids. Although the healing aspect is undeniable.

I usually see some results fairly quickly. Not like go from benching 200 to benching 300 in a month, but might go from 200-220. Especially as a noob with dem noob gains. You just suck, shooter.

You're right, I have non idea what I'm doing but I eat pretty healthy, I just don't eat a lot.

Usually just have 1 meal every day, which isn't healthy but I certainly don't eat food that's bad for me
