So I made a large order the other day... One of them was a Guerrilla Air tank with G2 regulator. When I received it and I inspected the package. I noticed that my tank did not come with G2 regulator.
Called them up and explained the situation... They told me to send them a picture of my tank along with invoice, so I did. I received an response saying that I am right and it is not the G2 regulator and that I should contact Guerrilla Air directly because they supplied them with that tank.
So I called GA and their manager spoke with me saying that they will contact the dealer directly and see what they can do and that they don't make the G2 regulator anymore because a new one is coming soon.. Now I gotta twiddle my thumbs until they figure how to solve this.
Shouldn't the dealer just given me the replacement directly since they are the one who messed up by sending me a different product from what I ordered?
Why are they giving me a hard time over 50 bucks regulator when I spent 2 grand?
