IMO they're close enough to be considered shocker/matrix clones. Really they're just a blend of the two combined with a nifty evolve-like shutoff valve.
Then again I see Shockers, Matrixes, Luxes, Vapors, Droids, ZR1's and Quests all as geometry variants of the same design.

True. I've always called droids Australian shockers. Use the same noid and very similar shot/feel. The valve makes it tho

That was an epic sotm. It was a race between to stock body sft's. One just happened to be gmax milled and the other had a luxe frame.lol |
