And I'm finally back home....4 1/2 hours later.
Mostly irritated that they ran the urine sample like 1/2 hour after we got there.....left us in waiting room another 2 hours. They called us back, the PA said "Yep, you have this. Let me get you a prescription." And then left us there another hour. Then there was the issue of billing....they couldn't get my insurance to run right, so they had to go through the long, drawn out process of calling their call center to get redirected to another call center, in order to finally say, "We have the info, we'll just have to run it later and send you a bill."
No wonder health care in America is broken.

So I'm trying to buy these books for my kid, these lady lives in another town, no biggie ill travel. So after many one liner emails from her getting no where she replies to me after I told her that I would that I would buy then and come to get them that another person is coming to get them and if it falls through she would reply back to me.
My response to her
I think that's very disrespecting that you have been unresponsive because I've been trying to meet you to buy the books. None the less you've wasted a great deal of my team because of very childish and unable cues to communicate past a one sentence response. Again thanks for wasting my time. |
