While it isn't really that close. Flagswipe Paintball in London does re hydro work. If your heading to the area just stop into the shop and they can take care of you.

I'm not sure if they're still around, but a few years ago I had Guardian Fire on Walker Rd. hydro two of my tanks, I think it was $20 each.

This year I just dropped mine off at Flagswipe in London and had them do it.
You could drop it off at DieHard paintball in Essex, but I believe they just send theirs to Flagswipe as well.

Look at scuba shops i think there is one in the East end $30 for a hydro or $35 cant remember what the place is called

Yup there's Benthic Scuba on Lauzon Parkway, I've gotten tanks filled there a few times, but it's been a few years so I totally forgot about them. The Service section of their website says they do hydro testing for paintball tanks for $30, so there's another local option if someone's still looking.
