I prefer this machine:
I see a lot of the pros using it in their videos too. Something about having it angled up from the ground rather than from over you just feels better for me. Although I also like the "plate-loaded" HS chest machines, but only certain variations. Constant tension and able to get a great squeeze.
I typically end my chest workout with that machine, higher rep ranges ~12 and slow negatives with a paused stretch. Feels good, especially right after doing heavier low-rep presses.
