Rice is cheap as ****; this is actually why old-school bodybuilders ate so much of it, along with chicken breast, tuna, and other foods we consider "clean". They didn't think they were some magical awesome food, they were just cheap as **** and they knew they had to eat a lot in order to get hyooge.
