Plus, if you itemize deductions, interest payments are deductible. The killer with me and buying a house is the net present value of the down payment is too large.

The rest of your plan makes very little sense. Going to school guarantees you nothing. I don't know how your parents made money, but if they can't literally give you a job your "head start" in life will be quickly squandered. I'm not even going to talk about the idiocy of you and pelt comparing future salaries. Or marrying at ~45. That's just depressing. You would be almost 70 before you met your kids as the person they become.

Also Ted should sell his aapl stock because that **** ain't comin back.

He most likely has an arranged marriage, most likely she is a toddler right now. Thats how Shadow knows she will be 20 when they marry.

I think Apple could swing either way. If the dividend plan based on their cash reserves goes through it would be a big step in the right direction. Maybe buy some puts under 420 for protection.

Ate Mom's homemade chili last night, only to find out that it causes farts so smelly, that I was woken up at least 5-6 times during the night, choking on freshly brewed *** gas.

Also- ****ing deadlifts... hurts so good.

Since I got a taste of adrenaline again, my docile, stagnant life has really been bothering me. Can't wait to get out of here and start living again.

My hobbies are what keep me going. I basically work so that I can afford my hobbies. The gym is by far the cheapest though between supps, extra food, and gym membership I'm sure it adds up long term. My motorcycles and snowboarding are my other two that I really enjoy. I've cut back a lot on hobby spending so that i can put it towards paying off college, saving for a ring/house. Don't get me wrong, I love what I do as a career and I am good at it but sitting in an office all day does have a stagnant feeling to it. I get antsy and feel a need to work with my hands.

Well look at it this way; you're always going to want what you can't or don't have. You work in an office all day, you slowly start wanting to work outside and do something more physical. You work outside and with your hands all your life, you start to think maybe an office job wouldn't be so bad after all.
I've worked manual labor pretty much all of my life because of my dad, and part of me likes it, but with the condition of my back, I can't sustain doing it for the rest of my life unless I want to be in pain and miserable. Working in an office, personally sounds like slavery. I think I'm going to go for a sort of mixture of both somehow. Start my own business/product; make it, distribute it, travel to sell it, etc. Whatever keeps me happy with a good living attached.
