I prefer Acetyl L Carnitine and huperzine A (or maybe galantamine) for a 'choline source'. Direct choline supplementation is overrated and is actually mood depressive. (Look it up!) I think if you're on a racetam you want to make sure you don't get deficient, but bombarding your system with choline seems a poor idea. The one exception might be DMAE or alpha GPC preworkout fasted w/ caffeine and BCAA - the excitatory stimulus and muscular uptake seems to be important (motor activity uses acetylcholine as the primary neurotransmitter, so I'd suggest there is upregulated metabolism during a workout.
Acetyl L carnitine is also a fat mobilizer when taken fasted, so it's probably better there as well. The Ogrestrength Preworkout efficiency booster calls for ALC, for all the above stated reasons.
Tyrosine I like as well - the 'fasting shake' I wanted to develop includes it (and other NEAA) because it boosts catecholamine output, which is one of the reasons for reduced hunger during the fast.
I know nothing relevant about phenylalanine, sorry.
