New to this section so Im sure I will get flamed but:
If you have your BS in Ex Sci and have spent time reading solid literature of that nature from NASM/NSCA/ETC, have a solid cert like USAW or a good CPT, and generally got good grades through school you should be alright.
I did not personally find it that hard - if you know your static and transitional assessments that helps a whole lot. Take as many practice tests as you can and if you do well on those you should be good to go.
