Aftermarket reg (which i wouldnt consider an upgrade because the Hyper 2 is a great reg and anything it was replaced with is probably a downgrade), aftermarket ASA - cant tell if it has an on/off... if it does, then thats an upgrade, if not, then its no different than what was on it. The feedneck looks like an upgrade as well as the barrel being a 2 piece. Trigger also looks aftermarket, which would be an upgrade as the stock one isnt all that great.
Stock 07/08 PMRs typically go for 80-120$, (120$ ones having a metal back cap and UL trigger at least, which i cant tell what this one has or if it has a metal back cap)
Assuming it has a metal back cap and an on/off ASA, i would say the gun itself is worth $140-160, tank 20-40$ depending on Hydro date, hopper 45$ max and pod pack with pods 20$.
So as a package, its probably worth ~$220 max
