honestly certain ones have always been consistent. i've had cp's that were incredibly consistent and some that weren't. same with hyper 2's. my 2 liter was nice, but for the money i didn't think it worth it. i'm doing a comparison video of the sst vs. a cp shorty because i swear people hate on cp's too much. great regs.
i will say this, the most consistent gun i've ever had was my geo 2.1 with the stock eclipse reg. with the worst paint it was still +/- 4fps all day.
-never tried a gladiator reg though, i hear good things.
i say try a cp first and if you don't like the performance, go from there.
I've shot a few CP regs. I wasn't all too impressed, they're good replacements but I wouldn't want to spend the money on them if I can find something better.
I'm really interested in the BL 360 reg. my main concern though is how long the reg is. A part of me for swapping out the stock reg is how long it is (including the macro fitting at the bottom) I want to go with something with slightly a smaller profile. I'm picky, I know.
