What causes the axe to sometimes shoot when aired up quickly?

Just curious, my axe has been doing this sometime, it's not a big deal and I've seen other guys have it happen. But what exactly causes it?

Have you tried flicking the lever slowly? If you do it fast, it sends the air through your maker too fast and causes a shot to be discharged. Do it slowly and it shouldnt do it.

Its due to the air hitting the poppet quickly. If done slowly it should solve this. Also try lubing your poppet that should also help. Please use a DOW 33 or sl33k on the poppet.
