New SL94 owner.... I have a few questions
I haven't had a chance to put paint through it yet but I did take it apart, replaced a few damaged o-rings and lubed it all up and it cycles fine. I hope to get a chance to chrono it tomorrow so I've got a few questions.
Here's what I've got going on, fresh battery, fresh oil/grease, the lpr is flush, came with no sl manual.
My questions are, I have a few ninja tanks. One is set to output approx 1100psi(it's for a mag) the other two are set around 800. Will the 1100psi one damage the hpr, I've never put it on my geo? Since the tanks are adjustable, what psi output should I set them to? And since there is no SL manual, whats up with the two valves? The LP one is in now. Is it lp=smoother, hp=more efficiant? Thanks all.

I'm not sure about the tanks, but you're exactly right on the valves.

I'd use the 800 output tanks. Not that the HPR can't handle it, but just so that your macro line isn't compromised.
There's a lot of misconception about tank output pressures. Fact of the matter is that your gun's HPR will be able to handle most whatever is thrown at it as long as there is ENOUGH pressure to regulate. At least 200psi over the HPR's output pressure should be good for consistency.

Are you talking about the 2 little caps? Like the big one and the smaller tipped one? One has a set pressure, already set by Eclipse, its the small one. Now I dont know about 1100 PSI working on it, as they (people above me) said before, should be fine, I would test it.

You are correct about the LPR caps, but what I was talking about the actual valves. The sl94 came with two different ones.
Thanks for all the info so far everyone. As long as it doesn't rain Saturday it will get a lot of work at "battle of the bulge" at OXCC.

One is the hp valve guide and the other is the lp valve guide. The hp will be a bit more efficient and the lp will be a bit smoother...with that said I have the lp valve guide in my sl94 with a bit of dwell tuning and lpr tuning 2.5 turns in from flush and mine shoots like a dream.
