Making a white mask white again?

Recently bought a set of white Grillz, was just wondering if anyone had any useful tips on how to restore the white soft-rubber like material that most of the mask is made of to it's actual white color.

Essentially to get rid of the stain from use?

I've come up with a couple ideas, and am contemplating RIT dye if I can't get them as white as I want again, might as well be a nice color

Mmm skipped over that completely when looking through there -__- But, after looking at it, I don't think it would work on the Grillz because of the rubbery texture of the mask.

Gonna go try a few different things, Mr. clean pads, toothpaste, peroxide, a nice assortment. Then I might still end up dying it deep red or blue anyway c:

Acne wash is a lower % of salicylic acid than wart treatment commonly available in any pharmacy. Have you tried plain bleach. I wouldn't soak it but put a little on and scrubbing with a tooth brush work well removing staining from paintballs that nothing else seemed to touch. And it left the stock DYEcam pattern intact.
