With the info you gave I managed to find the house you went to. Was pretty cool to see all the old pictures of it and then the pictures you took. Would definitely be a cool place to check out. I live in Missouri but I have friends in Florida I might have to talk into doing this one day.

From what I read up he only has 1 surviving relative. A daughter who lives in Eustis.
