As part of my full time business I do powder coating. Normally we do dirtbike/motorcycle parts, but my brother had me do a 98 the other day. Some examples of the work we do:











If you want to keep your threads clean, stick some bolts in the holes. We will do our best to cover areas of your parts that need specific clearances and tolerances and we have plugs and caps for certain holes and studs, but correct bolts always work best. Marker must be disassembled and cleaned prior to being coated.

can what colors can you do? Can you do designs? How much does it cost?

I can do any color, if its not a color I have in stock will only take a couple days to get it in.

Only designs would be either a fade like on the Tippman above or something like this, this was cast into the metal, I only did two colors on it:


Depends on what you would like done, basic marker $25 for the body, small parts depend on how many and their size.

Nice stuff! Your fades are pretty sweet. I used to powder coat myself but dont anymore. I have an UL frame for a PM5 that is powder coated white. Can you strip the white powdercoated finish off?

If theres a sherwin williams around. They have some aircraft stripper. Takes it right off

where do you get your powder from?

Various places, most of it either comes from PPG or NIC. Small special order stuff I'll usually go with "powder buy the pound"
