This might be a dumb question but in the eyes covers there are these foam bumper things, what do they do and what will happen if you use the gun without them?
They keep pressure on the eyes to keep them in their little grooves. Running without them I assume would pose the risk of your eyes popping out and then of course not being able to read the paint in the breach. Never tried it though, so I wouldnt know
I am missing one foam bumper on one of my eye covers. The eye still stays in place as it should, but would be nice to have it there just to keep the eye firmly in place. Mine still shoots fine and reads paint in the breach no problem.
